Average 42 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota, including some weekends. 12 hour shifts from 8pm to 8am. 4 days in week one, 3 days in week two.

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality care services within our Care Homes to ensure residents live meaningful lives and feel involved in their community. You will assist residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. Supporting residents in all activities of daily living, you will promote their wellbeing, independence, dignity, and choice. Additionally, you will provide companionship and encouragement by engaging with residents and supporting recreational activities.

Experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.

About you
Compassionate and able to demonstrate integrity by treating residents fairly and with respect. Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to complete training.
