About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Colney Hatch Lane Surgery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals by managing communications and coordinating care within a busy primary care environment. You will be expected to carry out all duties in accordance with relevant legislation, NHS guidance, practice policies, and professional codes of conduct. This role requires professionalism, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate to the grade of the post and the needs of the practice.

Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
