We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Supervisor at Wimbledon Common Care Home in London. Your focus will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will ensure that our residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to residents
- Closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded
- Addressing any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives promptly and appropriately
- Providing ongoing support for residents, their families, and the Care Services Team
Experience
- Previous experience in a Senior Care role
- Experience and qualification in Medication administration

Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Recognised Medication administration qualification
Additional Information
This role requires a DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
