Hours
Variable part-time hours per week, changing dependent on term time and non-term time.
Term time (20 hours): Monday to Thursday – 4.00pm until 10.00pm, Friday – 3.00pm until 10.00pm, Saturdays – 8.00am until 5.00pm
Non-term time (34.5 hours): Monday to Friday – 8.00am until 8.00pm, Saturday – 8.00am until 5.00pm
Salary
£17.49 per hour for day shifts, £18.24 per hour for waking night shifts
About the Role

Since 2010, our trusted team has delivered compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each individual’s needs. As a Care Support Assistant, you will join a friendly and dedicated team supporting a client with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy based in South West London. You will spend your whole shift with one person, providing focused, meaningful support without travelling between sites.
You will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. Experience
Experience working with people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
About you
You will have a caring and empathetic nature, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to support others. Basic IT and record-keeping skills are required. A full UK driving licence is advantageous.
Qualifications
A good standard of spoken and written English is essential. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK with documentation valid for at least 12 months to ensure continuity of care. All roles are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check and references.
