Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

About the Role
Join our Estate Services Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Caretaker. You will play a key role in maintaining communal areas within our blocks and estates, carrying out communal cleaning and grounds maintenance work. The role involves performing small maintenance repairs as required, liaising directly with residents and contractors, and responding to queries with due regard to health & safety and security issues. This position is integral to providing a responsive, customer-focused service for our residents. Experience
- Capable of carrying out a variety of small repair jobs.
- Trade skills, gardening or DIY experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with cleaning or a recognised City & Guilds or Bics qualification in cleaning is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

- Proactive in daily activities and aware of safe working practices.
- Possess good literacy standards.

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but a Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate is required to work within the team. Successful candidates will need to apply for or already hold this certificate.
