About the Role
As a CargoWise Consultant, you will play a key role within the Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice, collaborating with expert colleagues to solve and deliver against our clients' most important challenges. You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment within a global organization of 300,000 employees, contributing your ideas, experience, and diverse thinking across functional business pillars.

Your responsibilities will include leading business process assessments, operating model design, and digital transformation initiatives across logistics and freight forwarding operations. You will facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes, translating these into CargoWise functional and solution designs. Advising clients on industry best practices for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations will be a key part of your role.

You will lead end-to-end CargoWise implementation programs, upgrades, rollouts, and process optimization initiatives. This includes configuring and supporting CargoWise modules such as Forwarding (Ocean, Air, and Road), Customs, Warehouse, Transport, Finance, Rates and Tariffs, Tracking and Visibility, eCommerce, and Customer Portal capabilities. You will define solution architectures and integration requirements, collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting solutions.

Program delivery responsibilities include managing project scope, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. You will oversee functional design documents, user stories, test scenarios, and deployment plans, supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities. Driving issue resolution across business and technology workstreams is essential.

Stakeholder management is critical, involving engagement with senior business and technology leaders, providing strategic recommendations and executive-level updates, and facilitating governance meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums. You will support RFPs, proposals, solution estimations, and client presentations, contribute to consulting assets, accelerators, and industry thought leadership, mentor junior consultants, lead capability development initiatives, and assist in growing the CargoWise consulting practice and developing market offerings.
