About the Role
Broadwick Studio is seeking passionate and driven Casual Box Office Supervisors to join the busy operations team at Troxy, East London’s iconic Grade II-listed Art Deco venue with a flexible 3,100 capacity. You will oversee ticketing operations during live events, assisting customers with queries, managing guest lists, selling tickets on the door, and supporting the wider operations team. Responsibilities include managing the box office on site, acting as the main point of contact for ticketing queries, collating and maintaining accurate venue and promoter guest lists, monitoring ticket allocations and venue capacities, selling tickets using Zettle and TM1, liaising with the events team to set up the box office, completing accurate post-show reporting and settlements, supporting late-night club events, and assisting with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth event running.

Experience
- Experience working in a similar venue, hospitality, or live events environment.
- Experience running the door at live music events and club nights.
- Understanding of ticketing and allocation processes.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as TM1, DICE MIO, Headfirst, Spektrix.
- Experience using ticket scanners and scanning apps.
