Broadwick Studio is a multifaceted international company headquartered in London, creating, developing, owning, and operating a diverse portfolio of venues, spaces, events, and experiences. Troxy is East London’s iconic Grade II-listed Art Deco venue with a flexible 3,100 capacity across its dramatic Auditorium and circle, blending historic character with state-of-the-art production to host live music, award ceremonies, brand showcases, film shoots, and private events.
We are seeking passionate and driven Front of House Supervisors to join our busy operations team during events. You will oversee event operations each night by assisting customers with queries and liaising between bars, box office, and security teams to ensure smooth running. This role requires a proactive and friendly approach, aiming to resolve issues quickly and maintain a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising the Front of House team (ushers and ticket scanners), supporting the Duty Box Office Supervisor by managing customer enquiries, welcoming guests, assisting with accessible requirements, managing reseating requests, coordinating audience movement, acting as the first point of contact for operational queries from security, liaising with various departments, resolving customer complaints professionally, remaining vigilant for welfare and safety concerns, and participating in training and briefing sessions as required.
Experience
Experience working in a similar venue or environment is essential. Experience working operationally across multiple departments is highly valued.

You are a clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. You possess excellent customer service skills and remain calm under pressure. You are a proactive problem solver with a friendly and warm persona, genuinely motivated to help both customers and the Troxy team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. A genuine love for music and live events is important.
Qualifications
First Aid training and previous managerial experience in a similar environment are desirable but not essential. Awareness of night-time culture is a plus.
