About the Role
Broadwick Studio is seeking friendly and helpful Casual Ticket Scanners and Ushers to join the busy operations team at Troxy, East London’s iconic Grade II-listed Art Deco venue. You will play a key role in overseeing events by scanning tickets efficiently and accurately, welcoming guests, answering queries, and guiding audience members to their seats. The role involves supporting the safe and orderly movement of customers throughout the venue, remaining attentive during performances, and addressing any disruptive behaviour politely and professionally. You will assist audience members with additional or accessible requirements and support Front of House, Security, and other operational teams to ensure smooth event running. Participation in event briefings and adherence to venue procedures and instructions is essential. This is a great opportunity to be a friendly face welcoming customers to a vibrant live events venue that hosts a wide range of shows, from live music and award ceremonies to brand showcases and private events.

Experience
Experience working operationally within a mixture of departments is preferred. Experience working live events or club nights is a plus.
