About the Role
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations within CH&CO on a permanent casual basis. In this role, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work while supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver exceptional food and customer service. You will communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, represent Compass Group UK&I positively, and liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations. You will also support and train team members, leading by example to help everyone excel in their roles. Additionally, you will implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Experience
Minimum of two years catering experience with proven experience managing teams in a similar supervisory role.

Qualifications
Basic Food Hygiene certificate is required.
