As we continue to break records across countries, channels, and categories, we are looking for an exceptional CGI and Generative AI Artist who combines world-class artistic taste with deep technical expertise.

In this role, you will develop high-end photo-realistic assets while maintaining a seamless balance of CGI and AI integration within the post-production pipeline. Using tools such as Houdini, Blender, Cinema 4D, and generative AI platforms, you will ensure workflow consistency and produce videos to the highest standards. You will be confident, creative, able to work under pressure, and passionate about the beauty and fashion world.

You will work at the intersection of luxury beauty, CGI, and Generative AI, collaborating with world-class creatives to pioneer new scalable content production methods. You will have the freedom to experiment, challenge established workflows, and shape how emerging technologies are integrated into a global creative pipeline.

Key responsibilities include producing engaging CGI/VFX/AI content to a highly creative and technical standard; developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI workflows using leading image, video, and 3D AI tools (such as ComfyUI, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Weave, and emerging platforms); taking assets from conception to final output ensuring seamless blending between traditional 3D elements and AI-generated enhancements; working within collaborative AI production environments to develop repeatable, scalable workflows; writing clean, optimized VEX and Python scripts to automate tasks within Houdini and bridge 3D assets with AI pipelines; interpreting briefs creatively and responding proactively to feedback; collaborating with the in-house Creative Agency; maintaining an organised workflow and project pipeline; modelling, animating, simulating, texturing, lighting, and rendering to a high standard; and participating in creative ideation with key stakeholders to achieve outstanding output.

Experience
Previous experience as a CGI artist in an agency or post-production studio. Proven expertise with SideFX Houdini (SOPs, DOPs, VOPs, Solaris/Karma or Arnold/Redshift). Deep understanding of generative AI tools and their effective integration into commercial production pipelines. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Experience with motion tracking and compositing workflows. Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Unity, or Nuke is advantageous.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic and proactive approach. Strong technical knowledge and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technology and weekly shifts in the AI art landscape. Passionate about beauty and fashion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
