Starting from £57,094 per annum (London weighted salary) or £49,502 per annum (Regional salary)
About the Role
Join the Organisation Development & Change Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and play a pivotal role in transforming how we maintain homes and deliver services for thousands of residents. Over the next three years, L&Q is redesigning its operating model, improving team collaboration, and introducing new technology.
As a Change Manager (officially titled Change Partner), you will lead the people side of this transformation, ensuring colleagues are engaged, ready, and confident to work in new ways. You will shape how change happens at L&Q by supporting people through every stage and embedding new ways of working.
Your responsibilities will include leading change for one or more projects from impact assessment through to adoption, partnering with project and business leaders to ensure practical and aligned change plans, collaborating with Organisational Development, Learning & Development, and Communications teams to deliver coordinated engagement and learning plans, coaching leaders to confidently lead change, building readiness and feedback loops to sustain change adoption, and contributing to growing change capability across the organisation.

Experience
Proven experience leading the people side of large-scale transformation, ideally including operating model or service redesign. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with confidence to challenge constructively. Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams within a transformation programme or portfolio.
About you
Ability to simplify complex messages and tailor communication for different audiences. Comfortable with ambiguity and change, bringing structure, empathy, and calm under pressure. Coaching and facilitation skills to help leaders and teams navigate change successfully.
Qualifications
Change Management accreditation or training (e.g. APMG, Prosci) is desirable but not essential.
