As an EMEA Channel Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing revenue-generating channel sales within the EMEA region. You will work closely with channel partners and marketing teams to support and accelerate growth, leveraging your domain expertise to identify, recruit, onboard, and support channel partners. You will ensure partners are effectively equipped to represent Expereo’s portfolio either alongside you or independently.
You must be high energy, able to multi-task, execute your plans efficiently, communicate effectively, and be a strong team player.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new partners within channel sales
- Establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners
- Increasing partner contribution to EMEA revenues
- Developing personal relationships with key partners in the region
- Contributing to channel marketing research to support growth initiatives
- Providing ongoing support to channel partners
Experience
- Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem including VARs, MSPs, Consultants, Systems Integrators, and Distributors
- Minimum 6 years as a Channel Manager within Telecoms, Networking, or Cybersecurity industries
- Demonstrated growth in channel contribution to overall EMEA sales
- Proven track record working effectively with cross-functional teams including commercial, operations, and finance
About you
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly, build rapport, and manage expectations
- Proven negotiation skills enabling successful contractual agreements and pricing alignment with partners
- Innovative mindset with the ability to influence employees and management at all levels internally and externally
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
