As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain supplies and cleanliness, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with the team and support for colleagues is essential, as is assisting with menu development alongside the head chef. You will also maintain cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
