About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy conference and hospitality operation delivering high-quality, seasonal, and bespoke menus for events of up to 400 guests. With weekly conferences and multiple large-scale, multi-day events throughout the year, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook high-quality dishes for conferences, events, and hospitality services. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety, and work closely with the senior kitchen team to develop seasonal and bespoke menus. You will ensure all food is prepared and served to company standards in a timely manner.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen is essential. Ideally, experience working within conference, banqueting, or hospitality catering is preferred.

About you
You should be confident running your own section with minimal supervision, have a strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations, be organised, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure. Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional late evenings based on event requirements is required.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated, but a strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards is necessary to succeed in this role.
