About the Role
Our luxury workplace catering brand Table to Table is growing — and we’re looking for a talented Production Chef de Partie to join our Battersea kitchen team. Designed for London offices without kitchen facilities, Table to Table delivers freshly cooked meals from our Battersea kitchens, using seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers. We believe that when people eat well, they work better. In this role, you’ll work across breakfast and lunch dispatch, crafting dishes that look beautiful and taste even better. This is a prep-based role with daytime hours only — no evenings, no late finishes — just high-quality food made with care and precision in a calm, collaborative kitchen.

Experience
Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of HSE and HACCP standards with strong understanding of critical control points is essential.

You have exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering quality at pace. You thrive as part of a dynamic team, working closely with Senior Sous and Head Chefs to deliver excellence every day.

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. A passion for sustainable sourcing and high-quality food preparation is essential.
