About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future by inspiring and teaching the next generation of chefs. This role offers a balanced Monday-to-Friday schedule, eliminating long hours and weekend shifts, while allowing you to stay connected to the culinary world you love. You will work remotely and visit apprentice kitchens across London to provide hands-on support and guidance.
Your responsibilities will include training apprentices both online and in their kitchens, supporting them at our award-winning Chef Academy, and helping them master a variety of culinary techniques. You will engage with apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guide their development, and emphasize the importance of functional skills such as English and maths in kitchen operations.
Additionally, you will build strong relationships with employers to provide feedback on apprentice progress and manage your schedule efficiently from home using Google Suite and internal systems.
Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager is essential, with a passion for sharing your culinary expertise.

Comfortable using technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
Willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications with support provided.
Possess a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for regional travel.

No formal qualifications required to start; however, commitment to achieving Level 2 English and maths is expected.
