About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future! This role offers a balanced work-life schedule without long hours or weekend shifts. You will inspire and teach apprentices both remotely and on-site at our award-winning Chef Academy, helping them master a range of culinary techniques. You will engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guide their development, and emphasize the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with employers to provide feedback on apprentice progress and manage your schedule efficiently using Google Suite and internal systems.

Experience
Proven background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager with a passion for sharing culinary expertise.
About you
Passionate about training and developing future culinary talent. Comfortable using technology for virtual training and administrative tasks. Willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications with support provided. Holds a valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle for regional travel.
