About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future by inspiring and teaching the next generation of chefs. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule with no weekend shifts, combining remote work with on-site visits to apprentice kitchens. You will use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both online and in person at our award-winning Chef Academy, supporting them to master a range of culinary techniques. You will engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guide their development, and emphasise the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations. Additionally, you will build relationships with employers to provide feedback on apprentice progress and manage your schedule from home using Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.

Competitive salary starting from £29,000 with additional £3,500 London Weighting if you live in a London Borough. Quarterly tax-free bonuses are awarded when company targets are met. Requirements

Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager with a passion for sharing culinary knowledge.

About you
Passionate about training and developing others, comfortable with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks, and committed to supporting apprentices’ growth. You must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.

Qualifications
Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications with support provided. An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this role.
