About the Role
Become a Chef Trainer and shape the culinary future! This role offers a balanced Monday-to-Friday schedule, allowing you to regain your work-life balance while staying connected to the culinary world you love. You will inspire and teach apprentices both remotely and on-site at our award-winning Chef Academy, helping them master a wide range of culinary techniques. You will engage with apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guide their development, and support their functional skills in English and maths as they relate to kitchen operations. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with employers by providing feedback on apprentice progress and manage your schedule efficiently from home using Google Suite and internal systems.

Experience
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager with a passion for sharing culinary knowledge.
About you
Passionate about training and developing future culinary talent. Comfortable with technology for virtual training and administrative tasks. Willing to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths qualifications with support provided. Holds a valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle for regional travel.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required to start; however, willingness to achieve Level 2 English and maths is essential. Enhanced DBS Check required due to the nature of the role.
