You will use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both online and in person at our award-winning Chef Academy, supporting them to master a range of culinary techniques. You will engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs, guide their development, and emphasise the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress, and manage your schedule efficiently from home using Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.
