The role of the Class Teacher is central to the success of Concordia Academy and is a position which has a direct impact on the outstanding learning opportunities provided to the pupils. Class Teachers are responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision for all children in their class, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, those more-able learners and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the academy to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.
