About the Role
The Client Services team at Man Group provides high quality support to the firm's global client base. This team handles a wide range of duties including managing client queries, assisting with pitch presentations, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs, and reporting. The role is fundamental to delivering an excellent client experience throughout all stages of engagement and is vital to the firm's ongoing success.

Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where needed. You will create, edit, and manage RFPs and associated databases for corporate and product-related solutions to a high standard. Additionally, you will create, format, and edit pre- and post-sales marketing materials such as presentations, factsheets, and ad hoc materials at corporate, product, and client levels. The role also involves assisting with client reporting requirements, supporting the wider client services team in managing the entire client experience from initial pitch through to launch, and helping produce and check internal and external client portfolio analysis. You will also be involved in various client-focused projects.

Apprenticeship Programme Details
Qualification: Level 3 Financial Services Administration
Duration: 15-month programme (12 months training, 3 months apprenticeship assessment)
Assessment: Project and presentation, and portfolio-based interview
Who it's for: Entry-level candidates, ideal for school leavers, early career individuals, or those seeking a new professional challenge

Requirements

Experience
Interest in client service, ideally with some awareness of the hedge fund industry or asset management. No prior experience required but a willingness to learn is essential.

About you
- Willingness to learn how to write, edit, and support the execution of RFPs
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with enthusiasm to develop strong PowerPoint skills
- Keen interest in designing, formatting, editing, and creating marketing and investment materials
- Good written communication skills with a desire to improve
- Numerically literate with a desire to build analytical skills
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under guidance and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications
- The right to work in the UK
- Must have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
- Must not have previously studied the course content
- Must not undertake any other qualification during the apprenticeship
- Must be able to apply learning to the role
