About the Role
As a Client Services Manager within THE·TEAM’s LIVE·TEAM division, you will play a key role in the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. Working as part of an experienced and dynamic team based in Orpington, you will manage the entire lifecycle of prominent projects from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews, administration, project support, on-site crew management, and stakeholder liaison. You will lead day-to-day running of key client projects, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations professionally. You will be responsible for budget control including pricing and margin maximization, compiling client proposals, and responding to new briefs and pitches. Implementation of project management disciplines such as programme and risk management will be central to your role. You will manage artwork, colour matching, and approval processes with clients and internal teams. On-site, you will oversee contractors and ensure health and safety compliance. Post-project, you will conduct detailed reviews, compile lessons learned, and communicate improvements to the wider business. Additionally, you will identify and develop new business opportunities within client accounts by proposing creative solutions. Experience
Experience in a similar client services or project management role is preferred. Solid understanding of project management processes and on-site delivery of projects is essential.
