About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support and Systems Manager to join Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) on a maternity cover basis. This role focuses on supporting the administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of our client-facing systems, specifically Orchid and Salesforce. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems are correctly configured, securely managed, and effectively utilised to support operational delivery. The role requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and confidence working with IT and administrative systems. Primarily remote working is expected, with collaboration across teams and attendance at client sites as needed.
Experience
- Knowledge of account management for client support and delivery of new systems
- Experience working with varied clients and different levels of stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading systems training and managing complex projects
- Experience with Occupational Health software such as Orchid (desirable)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform
