As a Clinical Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in helping NHS clinicians adopt Patchwork's products and embed them into daily practice. You will work closely with clinical teams throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive experience, strong support, and maximum value from the solutions. This customer-facing role involves building trusted relationships with clinicians across multiple NHS organisations, gathering feedback, and collaborating with Implementation, Product, and other teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
The majority of your time will be spent on-site supporting clinicians where they work, requiring regular travel and presence at client locations for around four days each week.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders across NHS organisations, becoming a trusted partner throughout the implementation journey.
- Support clinical engagement activities to help clinicians understand, adopt and maximise the benefits of Patchwork's products.
- Gather and share feedback from clinical users to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and product demonstrations both on-site and virtually.
- Identify and support clinical champions to encourage product adoption and positive change.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure clinical users feel informed and supported throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Contribute to clinical engagement plans, training materials and communications tailored to different clinical audiences.
- Support workshops, onboarding sessions, training and customer meetings where clinical expertise adds value.
- Share clinician feedback to help shape product improvements and internal processes.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Revenue and other teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Patchwork's products, NHS workforce challenges and the wider healthcare landscape.
Experience
- Experience working within the NHS or wider healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with clinicians and operational stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging a range of audiences.
- Based in the UK with the ability to travel regularly to NHS sites nationwide.
- Tech savvy with confidence using new technologies and systems, including data quality and CRM platforms.
