About the Role
Since 2016, Patchwork Health has been on a mission to make truly flexible and sustainable working a reality for all healthcare staff. Their fully integrated workforce management solution optimises outcomes for organisations, managers, staff and patients alike. Built by healthcare veterans and co-created with the NHS, Patchwork's technology and services are used by over 100 healthcare sites. Their solutions include temporary staff banks, collaborative staff banks, an innovative rostering solution for permanent staff, an Agency Manager for external agency staff, and Patchwork Insights for data oversight.
As a Clinical Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in helping NHS clinicians successfully adopt Patchwork's products and embed them into their daily practice. You will work closely with clinical teams throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive experience, ongoing support, and maximum value from the solutions.
This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role involving building trusted relationships with clinicians across multiple NHS organisations. You will gather feedback, partner with Implementation, Product, and other teams, and help shape successful implementations and continuous improvements.
The majority of your time will be spent on-site with NHS customers, supporting clinicians where they work, which requires regular travel and on-site presence around four days per week.
