As a Clinical Operations Specialist (Finance), you will lead the coordination and delivery of specialised operational activities in compliance with ICH GCP, international and local regulations, and GSK standards. You will be a key member of the local clinical study team, contributing to the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials within the country.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing study budgets locally once the budget build is complete
- Ensuring timely and accurate payments to investigator sites and vendors according to contracts
- Setting up and managing payment schedules within dedicated systems
- Supporting budget forecasting and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Overseeing vendor management related to investigator site payments
- Preparing purchase orders or task orders for services
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and audit readiness
- Coordinating information for institutional reports and external stakeholders
- Acting as a subject matter expert for relevant applications at the local operations center
- Providing administrative support to the local GMASE department including meeting coordination and communication management
- Leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital solutions responsibly to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making in clinical trial operations

Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical operations or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, local regulations, and regulatory processes. Experience with investigator payment systems and purchase order/vendor payment setup and processing. Strong understanding of the external clinical trial environment and UK clinical trials regulations and start-up processes.

Qualifications
