About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist at Xyla, you will provide clinical oversight and review of neurodevelopmental assessments, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and clinical decision-making. You will support assessors through clinical supervision, case consultation, and multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions, offering expert guidance and second opinions where required. You will lead Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training initiatives, sharing specialist psychological knowledge and promoting best practice across the wider clinical team. Additionally, you will maintain clinical standards through quality assurance, report reviews, governance activities, and continuous service improvement.

Experience
Proven experience in clinical psychology, particularly in neurodevelopmental assessments and clinical supervision. Experience leading training and CPD initiatives is highly desirable.

Qualifications
