As Co-ordinator, Ticketing for FIFA World Cup 2026, you will manage ticketing and guest programme allocations across multiple markets for the client. You will be central to bringing plans to life by managing dedicated areas of the account and working as part of an All Agency team with multiple stakeholders to deliver a high-end ticketing and guest programme.
Your responsibilities will include managing direct communication with the client across markets, leading relationships and management of markets, agencies, partners and programme guests, and effectively managing regular project and status meetings. You will support campaign strategy and project planning alongside the Account lead, lead all market communication, global toolkits, and guest engagement planning. Additionally, you will manage project timelines, invoicing, cost management, purchase orders, and approvals processes.
This role requires strong self and team management skills, building respect and commitment through collaborative working relationships and day-to-day client management.
Experience
- Agency experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience working on large global consumer brands is preferred but not essential
- Ability to adapt to multiple ticketing platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
