About the Role
Join a leading Urban Real Estate team as a Commercial Finance Analyst and elevate your finance career in a dynamic, high-impact environment. As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the real estate portfolio, develop and run financial models to evaluate leasing deals, regears, and new income streams, and prepare quarterly management accounts with insightful performance analysis. You will collaborate on forecasts and budgets with Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Group Finance, and other stakeholders, partner with asset managers and portfolio teams to understand performance drivers and support strategic planning, and contribute to finance-wide initiatives focused on process improvement and system optimisation. Experience
Experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis is essential. Familiarity with Excel is required, and knowledge of systems such as Agresso, Horizon, or Anaplan is desirable.

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong communication and influencing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You are adaptable to changing priorities and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
Qualifications
Newly qualified or part-qualified and actively studying towards CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
