The Commercial Finance Manager will play a key role partnering with the business to drive financial performance and strategy development, with a specific focus on the subscription business alongside broader commercial finance responsibilities. Key duties include owning monthly performance reporting, developing sophisticated subscription financial models to improve forecasting and support pricing decisions, monitoring key subscription metrics such as LTV, Churn, ARPU and CAC to identify growth opportunities, and integrating financial strategy into subscription growth initiatives.
This role also involves evaluating commercial data and communicating insights to non-financial stakeholders, identifying efficiency opportunities, delivering forecasts and budgets, appraising new opportunities and investments, managing and developing a finance analyst, and contributing to continuous improvement within the wider Finance Team.

Experience
Qualified accountant with experience working within a subscription-based business.
Strong understanding of subscription economics including LTV, CAC, Churn, and ARPU, alongside advanced financial modeling techniques.
Good knowledge of finance systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
