- Support wider business development initiatives across Superyachts.com
Proposals & Commercial Agreements
- Prepare high-quality partnership proposals
- Draft contracts and commercial agreements for partners and clients
- Support negotiations by preparing commercial materials and documentation
- Ensure contracts and supporting documents are organised and up to date

- Support the commercial delivery of 1970 through partnership management

- Coordinate commercial deliverables to ensure partnership commitments are fulfilled
- Attend planning meetings and support commercial activity leading up to the event
Director Support
- Work closely with the Director on key commercial projects and priorities
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actions
- Assist with project coordination across multiple workstreams
- Provide administrative and commercial support where required
Experience
2–5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorship, commercial operations, or a similar role.
About you
- Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing professional proposals and commercial documents
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel internationally and represent the company at industry events
- Must be available to start immediately
