About the Role
Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve connectivity challenges faced by armed forces living in barracks and other customers such as students, families in holiday resorts, shared accommodation, and retirement communities. We provide super-fast, secure, and flexible broadband solutions without the downsides of traditional contracts.

This is a hands-on commercial finance role focused on shaping pricing decisions for B2B opportunities from early bid evaluation through to contract signature. You will collaborate closely with finance, commercial, operations, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are competitive, robust, and commercially sustainable.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models for bids, supporting pricing workstreams, reviewing and challenging commercial assumptions, preparing commercial inputs, and supporting governance reviews. You will also contribute to pricing strategy development, maintain pricing intelligence, support post-bid analysis, and provide commercial insights.

The role emphasizes applying strong commercial judgement within established pricing frameworks, interpreting outputs, sense-checking assumptions, and ensuring pricing decisions align with real-world commercial dynamics. Some bespoke financial modelling will be required for complex deals.

You will work cross-functionally to validate costs, operational inputs, and delivery assumptions, supporting pricing, modelling, and commercial decision-making throughout the bid process.

Experience
- Commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or similar analytical roles
- Good financial modelling skills (Excel-based), including working with and adapting existing models
- Exposure to B2B environments and bid processes is advantageous
- Understanding of financial concepts and basic accounting principles
- Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions

Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong Excel, analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Desirable but not essential
- Exposure to pricing strategy, margin analysis, and unit economics
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis techniques
- Experience working with cost data, procurement inputs, or pricing databases
