About the Role You will be responsible for developing and delivering internal and external communications campaigns across numerous channels and audiences, to promote success stories and positive practice, and to cascade business critical information.You will play a key role in embedding our culture and behaviours in our operations, enabling employees to do their jobs better, feel part of the business and act as advocates of the company. The role will also involve delivering a range of external communications activity including media relations, customer communications and crisis communications. About You As Communications Manager, we’d like you to have proven experience of a similar role, creating engaging communications across multiple channels such as intranet, newsletters, social media, and the company website. With a creative mindset, you’ll have experience of using digital communication channels and tools including social media and web techniques and systems to monitor and maximise digital engagement and be able to collaborate with multiple teams and at all levels of the organisation. We also ask that you are proficient in Mail Chimp, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canva.
