About the Role
Sunlight Care Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration, assisting with meal preparation while ensuring dietary needs are met, supporting clients with mobility and daily activities, and building positive relationships with clients and their families. You will also maintain accurate care records, observe and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing, and promote a safe and comfortable living environment. This role offers ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Experience
Previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

About you
A caring and compassionate nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be willing to undergo relevant training and development, able to work independently and as part of a team. A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

No formal qualifications are required; however, a willingness to learn and develop in the role is essential.
