About the Role
Sunlight Care Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Workers to join our team in the London Borough of Sutton. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration, assisting with meal preparation and dietary needs, supporting mobility and everyday activities, building positive relationships with clients and their families, maintaining accurate care records, observing and reporting changes in health or wellbeing, and promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.

Experience
Previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

About you
A caring and compassionate nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to undergo relevant training and development.

Qualifications
A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
