About the Role
As a Community IV Nurse, you will provide clinical care in accordance with service protocols, including both virtual and face-to-face consultations. You will educate patients, their families, and carers about care and treatment plans to ensure understanding and compliance. Monitoring and reporting adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies is a key responsibility. You will actively participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to continuous service improvement. Staying up to date with company policies, compliance standards, and professional development is essential to maintain high-quality care delivery.

Experience
Previous nursing experience with clinical care delivery, preferably including intravenous therapy and community nursing.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Relevant qualifications or training in intravenous therapy and community nursing are desirable.
