About the Role
Do you have experience managing caseloads of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and domestic abuse cases? As a Community Safety Specialist at Peabody, you will manage a full range of community safety casework, ensuring the Community Safety Service is delivered within agreed timeframes. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, including Police and Local Authorities, to resolve local community safety issues and ensure compliance with all necessary protocols. Your responsibilities will include keeping accurate records, maintaining risk assessments, and engaging with Peabody’s internal and external legal teams on complex cases. You will prepare documentation and represent Peabody at Court and external meetings when required.
You will provide Neighbourhood Managers with advice, support, and the necessary tools and tactics to resolve cases, focusing on prevention, intervention, and enforcement. Working across South London, you will attend the head office weekly and visit the areas you cover.
Collaboration with Customer Services and Communities teams is essential to identify support needs and access relevant agencies for both victims and perpetrators of ASB. You will complete referrals to mediation and other support services as appropriate.

Experience
- Proven experience managing community safety or ASB caseloads.
- Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.
- Knowledge of relevant ASB legislation and community safety solutions.
- Track record of building effective partnerships with external agencies including Police and Local Authorities.
- Experience in a proactive, innovative, and solutions-focused approach to resolving community safety issues.

Qualifications
