About the Role
The Consents Manager will work alongside the Senior Consents Manager - Permits Licences Consents (PLC) Lead to identify, coordinate, submit and assure permits, licences and consents required for the Development Consent Order (DCO) Heathrow expansion project and other Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) capital delivery programmes. This role involves close collaboration with the HAL Town Planning and Consenting function, technical consenting professionals, and HAL's supply chain. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) and DCO regimes, with particular expertise in post-consent and delivery phases of major projects. The role demands skills in programme management, stakeholder management, and project controls.

Experience
Proven experience working within the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) and Development Consent Order (DCO) regimes, particularly in post-consent and delivery stages of major infrastructure projects. Demonstrated skills in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and project controls are essential.
