About the Role
Join Amazon's Construction Execution team as an entry-level Construction Manager supporting defined-scope construction projects for delivery stations and fulfillment centers across EMEA. This role involves assisting in planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects or supporting portions of more complex projects. You will have structured learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon's infrastructure expansion.

The role is based in the UK with approximately 50% travel either domestically or to other EMEA countries, offering a unique opportunity to work across multiple EU countries and cultures.

Key responsibilities include supporting project planning and execution, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones, tracking budgets and costs, conducting on-site meetings, assisting with site due diligence, design development, permit applications, coordinating technical design reviews, maintaining pre-construction documentation, learning and implementing construction best practices, and contributing to project documentation and reporting.

A typical day blends learning with hands-on project support, including site walk-throughs, progress tracking, contractor engagement, and logistical problem-solving under guidance. Each project provides opportunities to learn, collaborate, and impact Amazon's global infrastructure growth.

Experience
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering customer-focused documentation across multiple teams
- Experience in written and oral communication with all organizational levels (technical, business, executive)
- Internship experience in construction management is preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools is preferred
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is preferred
