About the Role
Join Amazon's Construction Execution team as a Construction Manager supporting defined-scope construction projects for delivery stations and fulfillment centers across EMEA. This role involves planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects or supporting portions of more complex projects. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure milestones are met, track budgets and costs, conduct on-site meetings, assist with site due diligence, design development, permit applications, and maintain pre-construction documentation.
This position offers structured learning opportunities while contributing to Amazon's infrastructure expansion. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively within the UK and other EMEA countries, working in diverse environments and cultures. Your day will blend hands-on project support with learning, including site walk-throughs, progress tracking, contractor engagement, and logistical problem-solving under guidance.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or equivalent field
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering customer-focused documentation across multiple teams

Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools is preferred
- Understanding of building codes and regulations for your region
- Experience managing cold chains, refrigeration equipment, and temperature-controlled environments is a strong plus
- Additional language skills such as French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans, or Zulu are considered preferred qualifications
