About the Role
As a locum Consultant Psychiatrist in Adult Mental Health, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to adults with complex mental health needs. Your duties will include conducting psychiatric assessments and reviews, leading treatment planning and clinical decision-making, supporting junior medical staff and multidisciplinary teams, and liaising with community services and external partners. This role offers the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your availability and preferences, supported by a trusted healthcare staffing partner with over 30 years of experience.

Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility)
- Current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) or PVG check, or willingness to undergo one as part of registration
- CCT in General Adult Psychiatry (desirable or within 6 months of achievement)
