As a Content Executive, you will support the Content Strategy Manager and wider team by taking ownership of key executional and organisational tasks, helping to deliver content across social platforms. You will be the backbone of the team, ensuring that trend-driven, reactive, and planned content runs seamlessly. Your role includes briefing creative projects, contributing to content ideation and strategy, and assisting with shoot development.
By coordinating closely with the social and creative teams and handling day-to-day content operations, you will empower the team to focus on high-level strategy and creative ideation. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Whether capturing engaging ideas, developing content shoots, or sharing creative insights, you will be a key player in bringing our content strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the brand approach for content tactics by breaking down key objectives, audience insights, category entry points, and product occasions to deliver effective social content.
- Assist in briefing and managing creative projects from ideation through execution.
- Adapt strategies to reflect emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
- Act as the team’s “eyes and ears” for emerging trends, platform updates, and industry movements.
- Share actionable trend insights with content and social teams to capitalize on creative opportunities.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to analyse monthly insights and inform content creation strategies.
- Write content ideation briefs and provide strategic input aligned with brand objectives.
- Build engaging and scroll-stopping content within the wider brand plan.
- Incorporate learnings from performance reviews, content audits, and brand lifts into the content approach.
- Provide clear, proactive communication across teams to ensure workflow efficiency and alignment.
- Work closely with the social team to ensure all content meets platform best practices and resonates with audiences.
- Analyse insights from Paid/Performance teams to define content strategy.
Experience
- Experience in a content strategy or similar role.
- Confident with editing tools such as Capcut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Skilled in filming and editing social native content to support reactive trends.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, what works and what doesn’t.
- A portfolio of ideas demonstrating personality and creativity.
