About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our Kingfisher account team on a six-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will manage content creation and production activities across multiple brands and product categories, ensuring content is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. Acting as the key liaison between brand, category, creative, and production stakeholders, you will oversee content planning, briefing, production governance, and asset management. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency through content reuse, standardisation, and best practices, while ensuring all content supports commercial objectives and delivers a consistent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating content production aligned with brand and category communication plans
- Developing and maintaining content production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define content requirements and priorities
- Creating clear, detailed content briefs with strong attention to styling, presentation, and brand requirements
- Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards
- Acting as a key point of contact for content-related workstreams and managing agency relationships
- Conducting content audits and managing content production budgets
- Maintaining asset libraries and supporting reporting on content performance and operational efficiencies
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality content efficiently at scale, improve production efficiency through effective planning and reuse, maintain consistent brand standards, manage stakeholder and agency relationships effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Experience
- Proven experience in content management, content production, or marketing operations
