About the Role
As a Continuous Improvement Lead at Pod Point, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will lead initiatives to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and support business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to deliver measurable improvements and contribute to Pod Point’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Experience
Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or operational excellence roles. Strong background in leading change initiatives and delivering measurable business improvements.

About you
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving positive change.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies are desirable but not essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning is important.
