About the Role
This opportunity is supported by the Net Zero Careers Accelerator (NZCA), a programme designed to connect individuals with sustainable, long-term employment opportunities across the built environment, facilities management, and commercial operations sectors. We are recruiting for a Contract Support to join a busy commercial and operational team based in Brent Cross Town. This key support role is responsible for financial reporting, contract administration, purchase order management, and month-end support activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient contract delivery, and strong client service. The role involves regular reporting cycles including month-end and quarterly reviews, with occasional site visits required.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce financial and statistical reports for assigned contracts
- Support month-end P&L reviews with senior finance and management teams
- Oversee daily contract administration tasks across assigned sites
- Raise and manage work orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices
- Monitor WIP, debt, purchase invoices, and open purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of parts and services
- Oversee maintenance invoicing across contracts
- Collate data for internal and external monthly reporting
- Respond professionally to client and customer enquiries
- Submit overtime reports and monitor engineer schedules
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct quarterly audits
- Attend meetings and carry out occasional site visits
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required

Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar contract support or administrative role
- Strong understanding of financial and operational administration processes
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Must live in the boroughs of Barnet, Brent, or Camden
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
