Flexibility is essential, as there may be times when evening support or bank-holiday coverage is required. Access wellness programs, an Employee Assistance Program, and digital GP services for holistic health support. Unlock extensive learning and development opportunities to advance your career. Celebrate excellence with WOW Awards recognizing outstanding contributions. Take one paid day off annually to support a cause you are passionate about.

Key Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of each building in the client’s portfolio to provide confident, flexible support. Maintain a positive, adaptable, can-do attitude across all tasks and locations. Anticipate and respond proactively to the needs of clients and visitors. Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth room turnarounds. Greet and assist all guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. Consistently deliver high standards of service. Work proactively and efficiently to provide timely, reliable support. Manage emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
