Location
This position requires travel across multiple locations throughout London and the M25, including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London.
Hours
Full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with a shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM; flexibility required based on business needs. Opportunities for overtime and weekend work available upon request and based on business availability.

Full training on all systems and processes will be provided before you step onto any site, ensuring you feel confident and prepared. Main responsibilities include providing versatile front-of-house support across the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting, and helpdesk functions. You will handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and positive experience, manage all incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and professionalism, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality guest journey. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as responsibilities and work locations may evolve.
Experience
Minimum of one year’s customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment such as a five-star hotel, corporate setting, or luxury venue.
