About the Role
As a Corporate Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our UBS corporate club, you will bring a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments, and deliver outstanding training. Your responsibilities will include fitness floor supervision, creating wellbeing plans, personal best and exercise programmes, delivering group exercise and circuit-based classes such as Spin and Les Mills, and providing exceptional customer service from personal training to processing payments. You will ensure all members are assessed and inducted before using our facilities, support members with techniques, training, and lifestyle advice to help them achieve manageable personal goals, and deputize for the Fitness Manager when required. Experience
Proven background in corporate or commercial fitness environments. Experience delivering circuit-based classes and fitness assessments is essential.

Highly motivated with excellent communication skills and infectious enthusiasm. You are proactive, customer-focused, and able to use your own initiative to deliver a great member experience. You enjoy working in a team and can deputize for management when needed.

Qualifications
REPs Level 3 qualified or equivalent and CIMSPA registered.
